With FolksHealth, we wish to achieve a status of “healthy living body, mind and soul” for one and all. We believe, “Knowledge is the power that will steer our way through reaching our goal”.  Little by little, we wish to contribute- to the knowledge mine at FolksHealth and spread it across the globe for the world to read; the more values people will imbibe, the better their lives will become. Because a “better life” concept is essentially- an intertwined play of nature, mind and science; it is imperative that majority of internet-privileged public be enlightened, so, they are also inspired to contribute whatsoever small or big to the lesser privileged ones. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy; no matter which sections of the society they belong to.

While medical research on one hand seems to advance in leaps and bounds; with a lot of public money being invested in developing novel therapeutic strategies as well as in deploying fundamental healthcare; the ultimate investors who are the general public, seem to know only scantily about the healthcare and life sciences research updates. At FolksHealth, we also intend to bridge this gap. We bring in information from the high-end research fraternity and present it in a pragmatic manner for general public reading and understanding.

We partner with medical professionals to bring forth a doctor-patient interaction interface; patients can discuss their health issues and post in their experiences for the doctors to address; while the doctors can express public health concerns, improve patient recovery process and help pacify their fears. This way, we enhance patient-doctor relationship and add grounds to their faith.

Besides this, we also harbor industry expert advisory; from where you can- not only keep yourself updated on the latest industrial products, but also, learn from thinking patterns of great technocrats. Since, the success of a product is largely based upon the potential value it has for the customer- which is the general public; we thought it would be an important effort to bring in an avenue for the general public to be able to share their product related views and experiences; while the industrialists can contribute their part to inform public of the “new and happening” in the healthcare sector.

In addition to this, we also conduct interviews, with which we intend to bring to general public- a lot to learn from the success stories of great men and women in the healthcare sector. It might not be possible for many people to reach individuals who are higher up in the success ladder, on their own. So, we reach out to the accomplished and fill in details for all members of the climbing clan; so, that they can borrow tips, learn from their success and failure stories rather than reinventing wheels all the time.

All in all, we wish to develop an unprecedented publication in the healthcare and life sciences domain, that has not only ample scope for both top-end and basic healthcare  information, but also, multi-channel interactive avenues for doctors, patients, researchers, scientific investigators, technocrats and the general public; contributing together in promoting health awareness and transforming our vision into reality.
